Microgreens
Outstanding Quality
Microgreens are the shoots of vegetables. These shoots are most often harvested around 10 days after the seeds are planted when the first leaves, the cotyledon leaves, have developed and when the vegetables are in their embryonic stage of development. This means that microgreens aren't only tasty, but are also jam-packed with nutrients (up to 40x more than their mature counterparts!).

Eggs
Only the Best
At Heyday Homestead our pasture-raised hens are fed local, organic feed when they aren't nibbling on grasses and insects. Our hens are free from vaccines and antibiotics. Best of all? Our hens are well loved by both farmers and other farm animals alike! Long story short? Healthy eggs come from happy hens!
